Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment At Rehtse Suppliers, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive, especially when it comes to your little ones.

Refunds & Replacements We offer a 14-day refund/replacement window from the date you receive your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no need to return the product.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
3. A photo of the packaging it arrived in (showing the shipping label)

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you will receive either:

• A full or partial M-Pesa refund within 5–7 business days, or
• A replacement item sent at no extra cost

Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• The item was delivered as described and in good condition
• The return request is made after 14 days of delivery
• The request does not meet our verification requirements

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are processed and shipped.

Our Right to Decline Rehtse Suppliers reserves the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or do not meet our verification requirements.
